We are pleased to introduce to you our coach for the U16 team for the 2010 season!
Donald E. Czarapata Jr.
Don has twenty years of exemplary service as a Naval Officer/Aviator. He has proven leadership capabilities in management of people and resources. For the last 3 years of his military experience, he was Executive Officer (2nd in command) of the Navy's largest education and training command. He possesses superb teaching skills and curriculum development abilities. - Executive Officer, Recruit Training Command, - Flight Instructor. Recognized throughout the Navy’s flying community as an expert instructor and tactician. Hand-selected on several occasions to teach advanced tactics and lead multiple aircraft/aircrew into combat. Led over 20 instructors in classroom, simulator and hands-on flight training on a daily basis for new aircrew. - Trained and educated North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). Organized multiple 2-week-long training exercises for over 800 participants from more than 20 nations in preparation for real-world operations in - Assistant Ice Hockey Coach, Math Teacher, and Assistant Baseball Coach, - Assistant Junior Varsity College Ice Hockey Coach, Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, IL. - Squirt & Mite AA Ice Hockey Coach, Falcon’s Youth Hockey, - Squirt A Ice Hockey Coach, - Over 35 years ice hockey playing experience including - - Currently student teaching at Thank you Don, and have a great season!
