1996 Team Coaches Biographies
We are pleased to introduce to you our coaches for the 1996 team for the 2010 season!
Eric Boyer
Eric has 20 years of experience coaching youth sports.
He is a level 5 USA Hockey certified coach, and has experience coaching
AAA hockey, high school hockey, and youth teams during his 20 years of coaching.
He also has worked camps and tryouts for teams at all levels.
His interest is in developing the individual and team skills of already skilled players,
while focusing on an aggressive offensive style of team hockey.
He believes that AAA hockey can be a great teaching tool and
confidence builder, while inspiring players to strive to take their game to the next level.
Scott Kellett
Scott started playing hockey in 1977 at 5 years old.
As a freshman in high school, Scott played on his school's first hockey team they had.
He was one of 3 teammates that lettered all 4 years,
and he accumulated 11 varsity letters during his high school career.
Scott started coaching in 1991 with the Ironwood Polar Bears Squirts team.
He then worked for the Department of Corrections from 1995-present.
Scott began coaching again in 2005, currently coaching Squirt level.
He also coached the '96 2 teams, 2000 Tundra team in 2009,
and the 1996 Blizzards, assisting Eric Boyer.
